The Carmine Valley Research Centre is a secretive science and technology research centre built and operated by the Corporatocracy of Harbitros and its various technology, military, and scientific branches and sectors. It was constructed in the late 1940s, during the Cold War, as a way of furthering the technological acceleration of the Corporatocracy. The complex is speculated to have the majority of its structure underground. Though unconfirmed, many believe that the Carmine Valley Research Centre harbours many unprecedented discoveries and technologies, such as reverse-engineered extraterrestrial spacecraft and devices with trans-dimensional capibilities.
